1. General contractual terms
Vekastore reserves the right to modify these terms by unilateral decision, without prior notice. The terms in effect when the order is placed apply to that order.
The client registry maintained by Vekastore is confidential. Information shall no be shard with third parties.
The laws of Finland and the European Union which are in force related to the consumer market and distance selling shall be followed in consumer market dealings. These contractual terms shall no be in foce insofar as they may limit any consumer rights prescribed in the consumer protection laws.
1.1 Vekastore terms and orders
The Vekastore virtual store sells products, among others to adult natural persons.
1.2 Registration and newsletter
The customer shall fill out all the mandatory fields marked with as asterisk on the registration form when registering. Information provided by the customer is confidential.
Registration can take place in connection with the purchasing process in the Vekastore online store. Registration is free.
The customer has the opportunity to indicate in the registration form whether to receive newsletters. Newsletters are small in size and do no unduly burden the customer's email system. The newsletters most often contain information about new products or, for example, a special offer which is sold only to subscribers to this service. They can also include some other important announcement or other valuable information.
This service is selected directly by the customer, and can be removed or put into effecto from the "my customer account" operation control.
1.3 Prices
Prices include VAT but do not include freight.
If there an obvious pricing errors in the price list, products affected by these errors are not sold to the customer if it can be assumed that customer understood that the prices were erroneous.
Prices of products are expressed in Euros. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate prices. If the correction concerns an order that has already been made, the order shall not be processed without the confirmation of the correction by the customer.
1.4 Shipping costs
Shipping charges will be added to all orders. These charges depend on the country of destination and are indicated when the order is made. One or more products may be part of a single shipment but the final shipping costs depend on the weight and composition of the total order.
1.5 Methods of payment
Credit cards: i.e Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card etc. Payments by Visa, Visa Electron and Master Card
If you want to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or Master Card, Vekastore acts only as a marketer of goods and services and also supplies the goods to the buyer. Suomen Verkkomaksut Ltd is responsible for any claims.
Suomen Verkkomaksut Ltd acts as a seller for products paid for by Visa, Visa Electron or Master Card and the transaction is made between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Ltd. The seller is responsible for all the obligations arising from the transaction. Suomen Verkkomaksut Ltd is also the payment recipient.

Online banks
Payment and financing services connected with online bank payments are carried out by Suomen Verkkomaksut Ltd (VAT 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Suomen Verkkomaksut Ltd buys the payment and remits it to the seller's account. From the user's perspective, the service functions just like a traditional online payment.
PayPal
A simple and secure method of paying for an order. With the help of PayPal you can pay by all the most common means of payment, such as credit card (Visa, Master Card etc.), account transfers, and bank cards. PayPal is safe method of payment because you don't need to enter your card number purchasing. You transfer from the purchase cart directy to the PayPal page, where you confirm the purchase with your own PayPal code. Read more from the web site: www.paypal.com.
The customer agrees to each of the vendor-specific contract terms in connection with the order which are in force at the time of purchase, and which are announced at the time of purchase.
1.6 Ordering
The customer is required to provide full contact information and/or other contact information concerning the delivery address when making the order.
Ordering is done at the interner address www.vekastore.fi. Confirmation of the order shall be made to the customer by email.
1.7 Delivery terms
Vekastore reserves the right to change estimated delivery times without prior notice. Completed orders are send for delivery within 1-4 business days of processing time.
The delivery time during peak periods for products is stock is not more than 10 days after ordering.
The customer will be notified by email if the delivery time is considerably longer than normal. The customer has the right to cancel by emil any order for a product whose delivery is considerably delayed. Vekastore reserves the right to cancel the order if the ordered product is sold out or if there are other insurmountable difficulties in obtaining it.
If the order includes several products and their delivery times vary, we send the products as a partial shipment. If the order is divided into several deliveries, postage is charged only in connection with the first partial shipment.
1.8 Return and cancellation rights
If you not satisfied with the product for any reason, you have the right to return within 14 days, provided that the product and packaging are not defective. You can leave the returned product with the Post Office for shipment as a so-called customer return. You should also explain the reason for the return.
2. User agreement
GENERAL
This user agreement includes the conditions related to the use of the Vekastore (hereinafter referred to as "service provider") Vekastore.fi online service (hereinafter referred to as "service"). In registering for the service or purchasing products, the user agrees to the conditions and commits to following those conditions.

2.1 Changes
Vekastore has the right to make changes in its oline service at any time. Vekastore has the right to unilaterally change the conditions of this user agreement by informing the user in writing by email or by via the service. The user approves the changes by using the service.
A company or natural person may register for the service. Registration is free. Vekastore may if it wishes deny registration.
2.3 Basic information and its use
The basic information supplied by the user is collected and stored in the Vekastore customer registry.
Required information for a natural person includes name, street address, postal code, postal address, email, user name and password.
Vekastore does not give basic information to outsiders. Vekastore reserves the right to provide information concerning the user for use by the authorities, if the user has acted contrary to law or good practices. Vekastore has the right to refuse an order or to send it COD.
Information in the customer registry can be used in electronic direct marketing only if the user has granted consent. The user is entitled through the service to inspect the basic information concerning himself or the company, to change it or remove it entirely from the registry.
2.4 Responsibilities and obligations of the user
The user is responsible for the use of all his user names and passwords and for insuring that their use is in conformity with the conditions of the agreement. The user is responsible for keeping the password secret.
The user agrees to use the service only for uses according to law and good practice. The user agrees not to send and transmit any materials in the service which violate that law or good practice, to abet this activity or encourage it.
The user is responsible for all obtaining all equipment, software and communication links as well as for other expenses arising from the use of the service.
The user is completely responsible for any damages incurred by Vekastore, other users and third parties caused by use of the service contrary to this agreement, law or good practice.
2.5 Settlement of disputes
Disputes regarding this agreement shall be resolved in the Pori District Court in accordance with Finnish legislation.
3. Privacy policy
The date file pursuant to the Personal Data Act (523/1999) 10§. It is a register based on Vekastore customers and other cooperation.

3.1 Purpose of use of personal data
Management of customer relations and other relationships based on cooperation and marketing, as well as planning and development of business operation belonging to Vekastore.
3.2 Content of information registry data
The registry processes data belonging to the following groups:
Basic information, such as name, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, date of birth, language, name of the company and contact information.
Data concerning customer or other contact information, such as reported interest and collection data of the registered party, benefits offered and directed to the registered party, services and campaigns, as well as their use, feedback, complaints and other client-related contacts, communications and measures, billing, charging, and warranty-related data.
Direct marketing approvals and prohibitions.
Recordings of customer phone calls.
In addition to e-commerce and mail customers, the following data is also handled:
Customer number, user name and password.
Data concerned with handling, delivery and returns.
3.3 Normal data sources
Self registration, as well as data inside Vekastore related to customers and other cooperation. Updating of personal information is also received from authorities offering updating services, organisations, and companies.
3.4 Data transfer
Vekastore may transfer data within the confines of what is allowed and required by current legislation. Data may be transferred from the registry to cooperation partners selected by Vekastore for marketing purposes, unless the registered party has forbidden the transfer of such information.
Data may be transferred or delivered as needed to those corporations outside the EU/ETA with which there is a written agreement on maintaining a Finnish level of protection of information in a manner prescribed by legislation.
3.5 Protection of the registry
Access to the customer database applications is available only to employees of companies designated by Vekastore and acting on its mandate and its behalf who are granted personal usufruct by the registrar.
The systems are protected by a firewall, which protects Vekastore from outside contacts.
Access by outsiders to documents containing customer data which are manually handled shall be prevented.
3.6 Right of inspection and prohibition
The registered party has the right to inspect what information is recorded in the registry about him. A request for inspection should be made in writing by contacting the person in charge of registration issues.
The registered party has the right to prohibit the handling and transfer of his data for direct advertising, distance selling, and direct marketing as well as for marketing and opinion research by contacting the registrar.
Vekastore will insure the maintenance of protection of your information in the Internet as well as processing of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. As a customer, you are responsible for carefully safeguarding your user name and password and for knowing the conditions and instructions for using our online store.
3.7 Why do we collect information and what information do we collect?
We need the information we collect in order to be able to act in accordance with our obligations and to offer you the services you want. Information may be used in delivering the goods you ordered, when sending offers connected with marketing purposes, or in case any questions arise in connection with the delivery of the goods. We always use your information when taking contact with you.
3.8 How can I get in touch if I want to check the registry information?
You can log in with your own user name to our store, inspect and change the information we have recorded in our system from the "my customer account" link.
You have the right to contact us to review the personal data we have about you in our registry. If there are mistakes or shortcomings in the information of if it is superfluous, you can request that the information be corrected.

3.9 Is my information secure when making a purchase from the online store?
Your data is protected in our online store with the help of encryption. SSL or Secure Sockets Layer is a feature through which all the information passing between buyer and seller is encrypted. This means that data passes through secure networks and that outside parties cannot read the information you provide.
